I am Shubham Agrawal, a technology entrepreneur and the founder of agrawaltec, a digital technology company built with a simple belief: every business, regardless of its size or location, should have access to the technology and digital tools needed to compete in the modern marketplace.
My journey began in Solapur, Maharashtra, where I completed my B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology. I later pursued an MBA from Pune University, combining my technical foundation with business and management knowledge.
I am also planning to pursue a PhD in Consumer Behaviour, driven by my interest in understanding how consumers think, make decisions, interact with brands, and respond to the rapidly changing digital environment.
From Freelancing to Entrepreneurship
Before founding Agrawal Technologies, I spent several years working as a freelancer on international assignments as well as government projects. Working with different businesses and organizations exposed me to the transformative potential of technology.
At the same time, I noticed a significant gap closer to home.
Many businesses in Solapur and surrounding regions had little or no digital presence. Businesses that had built successful operations offline were often dependent on agencies and technology companies in Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru and other metropolitan cities for their digital requirements.
I saw an opportunity to change that.
On 21 March 2020, I founded Agrawal Technologies with the vision of creating a technology company from Solapur that could help local businesses embrace the digital world – and eventually serve businesses far beyond the city.
My Mission
My mission is to bring small and medium-sized businesses online and make technology more accessible to them.
Digital transformation should not be limited to large corporations, MNCs or businesses in metropolitan cities. A local retailer, manufacturer, restaurant, real-estate developer, hotel, educational institution or professional service provider should also be able to use technology to reach customers, build credibility and compete effectively.
At Agrawal Technologies, we work toward making that possible through digital solutions that help businesses build their presence, connect with customers and adapt to the new-age market.

Building From Solapur, Serving the World
What started as a vision to strengthen the digital ecosystem of my hometown has grown into a business serving clients across India and internationally.
Today, Agrawal Technologies works with clients across 30+ cities in India, including Jaipur, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Sangli and Gurugram, along with clients across 7+ countries, including the UAE, USA, UK, Australia, Philippines and Nepal.
For me, this journey represents something bigger than business growth.
It demonstrates that world-class technology and digital services can be built from a city like Solapur and delivered to businesses anywhere in the world.
More Than Business Growth
One of my long-term ambitions is to contribute to the growth of Solapur as an emerging technology and digital-business ecosystem.
I believe smaller cities have enormous entrepreneurial potential. With the right technology, skills and opportunities, businesses from these cities can compete not only with metropolitan companies but also with larger national and global players.
My goal is therefore not simply to build another IT company.
It is to help more businesses become digitally capable, create opportunities locally, and demonstrate what can be built from Solapur.
My Philosophy
I don’t believe success comes from constantly comparing yourself with competitors.
Instead, I believe in competing with yourself.
Every project should be better than the last. Every process should improve. Every client interaction should teach us something. And innovation should not be something we pursue occasionally—it should be part of the way we work.

Looking Ahead
The digital landscape is changing faster than ever. Artificial intelligence, automation, changing consumer behaviour and new digital platforms are fundamentally transforming the way businesses operate and connect with their customers.
I want to be part of that transformation.
Through Agrawal Technologies, my objective is to continue helping businesses adopt the technologies that matter, while building a company that represents innovation, accessibility and quality from Solapur to the world.
